LoveHome is the first appliance repair and maintenance programme in Singapore to offer coverage for five essential home appliances (regardless of age, brand or model): the refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, air conditioners and the entire unit of the oven/hob/hood.
Providing convenience, assurance and peace of mind for the appliances that are the heart of your home, LoveHome saves homeowners the hassle of searching for a reliable and experienced repairer and dealing with extra, unexpected expenses when home appliances break down. LoveHome gives homeowners immediate access to qualified technicians in the event of an appliance breakdown and allows for the repair or replacement of the appliance.
Interested homeowners can sign up for LoveHome at a promotional rate of $399 annually, for repair and maintenance up to defined service limit amounts. Upon subscription to the programme, LoveHome will send a qualified technician to conduct a durability assessment of the home appliances, to ensure that the appliances are in good working condition prior to the programme activation. Should any of the appliances become faulty during the 12-month subscription period, homeowners will simply have to call the LoveHome hotline and an authorised service technician will be sent to repair or replace the faulty appliance as necessary. If the faulty appliance requires replacement, LoveHome will offer a brand and model of equivalent value based on the available service limit amount.
